Who we are

What you buy

Book production files for a manuscript you own: a custom cover, a print ready paperback interior, a Kindle ebook file, Amazon listing text and an upload guide, sent to the email you enter (Book production: cover, paperback interior, Kindle ebook, Amazon listing and upload guide). The price is shown before you pay, includes VAT, and is charged once. Final files within 14 days after we receive your manuscript and book form.

About your book

You must own the rights to the text and images you send us. We do not publish the book for you and we never log in to your Amazon account.

We cannot promise sales, rankings or reviews. Sales depend on your book and how it is shared.

Ordering and payment

You order by completing the quiz, entering your email and paying through Stripe Checkout. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. Payment methods are those shown on the checkout page.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you paid, without giving a reason. You keep this right after your book production service is delivered and played: we do not ask you to give it up at checkout. Buyers elsewhere get the same 14 days under our satisfaction guarantee (see Refunds).

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the 14 days are over: reply to the email that delivered your book production service, or email support@fairpagebooks.com. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

We refund everything you paid for that order, including any add-on, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of hearing from you, to the original payment method. There is no fee.

If you are not happy with your files, tell us before you publish and we refund you in full.

Your information and use of the book production service

Please enter your details accurately. The book production service can only be as accurate as the birth data you give. The book production service is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, and as required by mandatory law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Sweden. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), arn.se, or to the consumer body in your own country.
