Our promise

If you are not happy with your files, tell us before you publish and we refund you in full.

How to ask

Reply to the email that delivered your book production service, or email support@fairpagebooks.com from the address you used at checkout with the date of purchase. We usually reply within one business day.

If we refund, the money goes back to the original payment method through Stripe, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Withdrawal and your statutory rights

In the EU, EEA and UK this is also your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which you keep after delivery (see the terms for the details and a model form). Your statutory rights for faulty or undelivered digital content are not affected.
